When I asked Johnny Aybar find me a house, I expected him to take my list and check off the boxes of what I wanted. He didn't do that. He found me a home where I could live and feel at peace. He read between the lines of my list to what I actually needed. When I told him that I needed space in my living room for my 8-foot pool table, he realized that meant I was also going to need space for guests, and made sure that I had a big driveway and lived in a neighborhood that allowed street parking. When I told him that I wanted to live close to my kids because I had new grandsons, he found parks and playgrounds nearby and told me about how much traffic was in the area. Those are not things that I would have thought of, but he knows what to really look out for. He walked me through every single step of the process to find and purchase my home. I've never bought a home by myself before. And honestly I had no idea what I was doing. He made sure that I knew everything we were doing, and took the time to explain to me what every step was (without making me feel like an I didn't know anything). Thanks to him, I fully understood everything that was being done during the entire process, and he even walked me through the inspection report so that I understood what the results were. When I put in an offer on my house, I was completely comfortable that I was making the right decision because I was 100% confident that Johnny had walked me through everything and I knew everything about that home. And even after the offer was accepted, he continued to walk me through every single step, all the way through the closing. Even after the closing, he continued to make sure that I knew what my next steps were, like filing for homestead exemption. I honestly only expected a realtor to find me a house. This man and his team found me a home. I can never thank the Aybar team enough. Without them, I might simply be living in a house somewhere that just checked off the boxes on my list.
